In 1946 son of legendary deep sea explorer Pablo Basquiat traced in his father’s footsteps as the premier marine researcher of the time. Funded by Ganshat Incorporated Basquiat and his team went on a dangerous mission to capture an unknown mysterious species of fish on camera. Joining forces with Ondolay Oliva, a famous female bullfighter who has said to have seen this fish, battling and surviving the great creature as it capsized the boat she was on killing all crew members, they began to navigate the rough seas together. Rumor among seamen was that anyone who encountered the fish would have their life sucked out of them. Relying solely on his father’s notes, Ondolay’s description and sketches, Basquiat dived deeper than anyone dared using technological advances in submersible diving that were developed by Polynesian scientists during the war. On February 7th 1947 after a long solo dive of 5 hours Basquiat resurfaced with no memory of who he was or why he was there. The search for the mysterious fish was abandoned and the team went home to have Basquiat evaluated. Physicians could not figure out what had happened to Basquiat, but legend has it that Basquiat actually found the undersea creature he was hunting. When his crew inspected the underwater camera on Basquiats Submersible the footage was too blurry to see anything, but the audio was crisp and clear. For years scientists and conspiracy theorists alike studied the audio from Basquiat’s footage trying to uncover the truth of what happened to him. Ganshat Incorporated releases this audio to the public now so you too can join the investigation to uncover the truth.
